First Contact
Initiate the journey by contacting us. You are welcome to provide benchmark product samples for consideration. Our sales and fragrance design teams collaborate closely during this phase to understand your needs and refine the project.
Project Definition
Based on additional details such as olfactive direction, target audience, and fragrance purpose, our dedicated team crafts a detailed proposal, including pricing and timeline information, to deliver a tailored solution that meets your specific requirements. Once approved, our fragrance designers get to work creating a composition based on the project brief.
Development
Upon offer approval, our fragrance designers create the first olfactive version within four weeks and then send you the corresponding samples. Two revision rounds with a maximum of three new versions each, based on your feedback, are included. Additional revisions are available for an extra fee to ensure full satisfaction.
Production
Once sample approved, fragrance production begins. This process typically takes about four weeks, depending on complexity. We employ the finest ingredients and stringent quality control to match your standards. A comprehensive quality check is performed before shipment.
Shipment
After production, we securely package your fragrance and arrange safe delivery, whether domestically or internationally. We offer various shipping options to ensure prompt and secure transit.
